Real but Augmented

We are really moving at rocket speed when it comes to technology. Every passing day introduces a subtle but vital trend empowering one to achieve more. Today I would briefly talk about " Augmented Reality " ( oh yes, I know you heard it some where ). It's a live, view of a physical or real-world environment whose elements are augmented (or supplemented) by computer/mobile generated sensory input such as sound, video, graphics, GPS etc. To be more simpler, your mirror image is your augmented self. This technology exposes one to experience almost real life objects using a virtual medium. The potential to this is paramount. The interactivity it induces could be used in teaching kids for instance, it may be how the volcanic eruption happens, phenomenon of reactions when different chemicals are mixed and all these without being physically at the place of occurrence.
